The ICX training villa was designed by the well-known and multi-award-winning star architect Alberto Rubio. Despite the special and extravagant architectural style, the building has a homely and cozy feel. Particular emphasis was placed on the villa’s technical equipment. This applies in particular to the heating, hot water supply, kitchen equipment, swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, etc. The house has excellent underfloor heating. Alternatively, hot water can also be supplied via the solar system.
